Today I’m feeling pretty good about myself, and I am becoming stronger because I am standing up for my rights. Next week I am going to be shooting a video that is aimed at changing the laws that allow 94% of molesters/attackers to walk free. We will be posting it on You Tube as well as VictimsGetVocal.com. I am very excited for this all to fall into place. I have been frustrated because my father has never been charged for molesting me and, even worse, he is being allowed to harrass me. I want to put him in jail ASAP so I can finally get justice and be done with this. ~Zoie Rose

Victims Do Get Justice

My father deserves to be behind bars for sexually molesting me. I am thinking about the trial and how much I look forward to facing him in court. Orson Mozes deserves to be back behind bars! Children have a right to live in their own home without being molested by their fathers or uncles or neighbors or anyone else. Victims have rights and I am standing up for myself. It feels good when people sign my Change.org petition, Help Zoie Find Justice and ask the Santa Barbara District Attorney to press charges against my father. Bad Fathers

I feel good about myself finally after feeling bad about myself for years. It took a long time to realize that I had a bad father who did sick things to me. These men who molest their (in my case adopted daughter) s ought to be charged and punished, what he did was evil. Why does my father get to walk free when he “screwed over” his own adopted daughter? Something is wrong with our justice system because children don’t have the rights that adult males do. These men lie and say they are completely innocent because so many of them are sociopaths like my dad, Orson Mozes, and they have no moral conscience. I can’t believe he still walks free. He is a scary man who has also gotten away with molesting and cyber-molesting me. Over 1500 people have signed my petition on Change.org to help me find justice. This won’t be over for me until I do!

New Beginnings

Today I an filled with excitement. I spoke with a reporter yesterday about Victims Get Vocal and they are doing a story about me and my desire to get justice for myself and all victims of sexual molestation. In my case I want my father charged for what he did to me. I know that the District Attorney thinks that the hardest cases to prosecute are between a father and a daughter. I’m ready to face him in court. My goal is to open a door for children to increase their rights and cut into the staggering amount of children molested in this country. 1 out of 3 girls and 1 out of 6 boys. My Victories

Anyone who has been sexually molested knows the hell it puts you through. Your life stops as you have to deal with the physical stress and emotional trauma. After four years of sexual molestation at the hands of my adoptive father, Orson Mozes, I was left with low self-esteem, a fear of men, and an eating disorder. It is such a victory for me that I can eat normally without throwing up, that I care about myself and realize that I deserve love. This month I will celebrate my six month anniversary of my very first love relationship. My boyfriend and I treat each other with love and respect and I am so grateful to be loved in a normal way.

Another victory is I passed my written driving test and now I am driving. For most kids this happens at 16 but I was in a residential treatment center at 16 to get off drugs so everything has been delayed for me. Molestation does that, it robs you of a normal childhood but I’m happy to report, it slowed my life down but it didn’t stop it! I’m here. I’m strong and smart and bold enough to speak up about my molestation and I have my victories!

Fear of Death

Sexual molesters like my dad are bullies who scare and threaten their victims. For years he kept me silent by threatening to kill first my mom and then me if I ever told. Orson Mozes made me afraid and I had nightmares for years that he was stabbing me to death because he kept a knife under his bed. My therapists told me that he was grooming me to be his sex toy. What a sick man. What father would try and harm their daughter this way? He stole my innocence and much of my childhood. Along with his death threats, he threw money and gifts at me to keep me silent. It was only after he was gone that I realized how much he hurt me and how little I thought of myself. Victims Get Vocal, blogging and tweeting is helping me grow up and grow stronger by standing up and speaking out about my sexual molestation.

Evil People

I feel cleansed knowing that my father is living in his own imaginary world thinking he is normal, and I know the truth. He is a mentally ill person, called a sociopath who is incapable of love or compassion. Orson Mozes, a man who was one of America’s Most Wanted, is evil. He lies and steals and is a miserable person who tries to say he is happy but if he were truly happy he would not have to harass me. My dad is a typical sociopath who will manipulate anything for his advantage and only cares about winning. He is incapable of feeling guilt or remorse for sexually molesting me. I understand evil now because, I understand him. I am encouraged by all the people who think I am brave because I am standing up in Victims Get Vocal and petitioning at Change.org demanding justice, not only for myself, but for the millions of children, like me, and Ashley Billasano, who have been molested and never received justice.

Healing Holidays

Today I woke up feeling happy because I had an amazing Christmas holiday with my family and never thought of my father even once. I can now remember the good times with my family without my father around. I am totally committed to Victims Get Vocal and our work because any one victim who speaks out becomes a survivor stopping abuse. NO ONE should have to deal with a father, or uncle, or neighbor or ANYONE sexually molesting them during their childhood. Someone wrote me why aren’t I blogging about women who molest young boys? I mention this because I am very concerned about the 1 0ut of 6 boys and 1 out of 3 girls who are sexually molested before the age of 18. It breaks my heart to know that others are being degraded in this way.

My father was supposed to protect me. A father should protect their young, but it was the opposite for me. I tried to protect my mother and myself from this horrible monster. Now I have the power to speak my truth and each day I reach out to help more people who are also healing.

A Criminal Walks Free

My father Orson Mozes walks free? What he could possibly be doing walking free. Where is lady Justice, He got away with molesting me for four years and now he is harassing me. I have come through so much abuse. I deserve justice but apparently the Santa Barbara District Attorney is blind to my situation. It is helping me to express my emotions and blog because it releases stress. No one deserves to feel afraid or unloved because their abuser is a psychopath and enjoys inflicting pain and suffering. He was the one person in my family who was supposed to protect me the most and instead he sexually molested me for four years. I know that something is deeply wrong about this. I may only be a teenager but I deserve Justice.

My sick father posted horrifying slanderous things about me on the Internet. Orson Mozes is now cyber-stalking me and causing me stress and anguish. What father would make up lies saying their daughter is a double felon when that is not true? Or say that ” Zoie goes to bed with anyone and I don’t want anyone to get Herpes.” He’s never spoken to me in four and a half years, he doesn’t know me, yet he is emboldened to write these horrible, slanderous lies. The reason is Orson Mozes molested me physically and sexually for 4 years and got away with it so I guess he feels it will be okay with the authorities if he makes up cruel lies about me and loads them online. He is a psychopath who ran away when I was 14, changed his name to Jack Rose, and was on America’s Most Wanted until he was caught near Miami, Florida a year and a half later. Now I’m 19 years old and this sickening man, my adoptive father, Orson Mozes, has loaded repulsive and slanderous lies on several websites to further destroy my reputation and self-esteem, and he did it all under his alias, Jack Rose. Then he emailed me to Goggle my name. Isn’t this illegal? Can anyone help me?
